Very low Calorie Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup soymilk (or skim)
Ingredients:
- Mix together first four ingredients.
- Add in last four and mix well.
- Chill dough for at least an hour.
- Roll out dough and cut as you would normally, or drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 18 cookies, 55 Calories each.
Note: The texture is fluffy and chewy, but be careful not to overbake or they become rubbery.

I NEED these legs.
i really want a jumper like this for autumn/winter
goals:
- limit my drinks to only water/tea/coffee (or any other drinks that are calorie-less).
- exercise at LEAST 45 minutes per day.
- eat under 1,000 calories, preferably.
- limit carb intake… stick w/ veggies & fruits.
